Overview
Complete UX overhaul and creative campaign system for a Saudi fashion and accessories retailer. Redesigned the store, rebuilt the paid media engine, and built a motion-creative library for Meta.
Challenge
Glam Moda's Meta ads were generating solid traffic at a healthy CPM, but the store was haemorrhaging it — a 78% bounce rate, confusing navigation, and product pages that didn't match the aspirational quality of the creative. The creative team was producing content, but nothing was converting. ROAS had slipped to 1.4x and the marketing budget was under threat.
Solution
A full UX audit revealed three critical issues: slow load time (5.2s on mobile), poor product photography hierarchy, and an inconsistent visual language between ads and landing pages. We redesigned the storefront — new collection structure, editorial-style product pages, and a sticky add-to-cart bar on mobile. Simultaneously, we built a 30-piece motion creative library in After Effects — looping product showcases, UGC-style reels, and story templates — all matched to the new visual language. The creative library was tested and iterated over 60 days.
